Our OEM/ODM Process in Detail
- Initial Consultation – We discuss your project goals, target market, required certifications, and budget. We sign an NDA if needed.
- Design & Development – For ODM, our designers create sketches and tech packs. For OEM, we review your samples or tech pack for feasibility.
- Quotation & Contract – We provide detailed pricing (unit cost, sampling fee, MOQ, lead time). Upon agreement, we sign a manufacturing contract.
- Sampling – Our sample room produces a pre-production sample within 7-10 days. We ship it to you for approval.
- Fabric & Trim Sourcing – Once sample is approved, we source all fabrics and trims, ensuring they meet required standards and color matching.
- Mass Production – Production is scheduled on dedicated lines. We provide weekly progress updates with photos/videos.

We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If any issues are found, we will repair or replace the goods. Our team is available for technical support.
